By booking Desert West Studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies ensure a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all renters.
​Booking & Payment
Bookings are made through DesertWestStudio.com. Full payment is required at the time of reservation. Cancellations made seven (7) days or more in advance receive a 75% refund. Overtime is automatically charged to the card on file, and if it disrupts another renter, a $150 penalty applies.
Studio Use
Renters must remove all personal items before leaving. Furniture and décor must remain in place or be returned to their original positions. Only water is allowed in bedrooms; food or drink requires written email approval. Pets are not permitted without written permission.

Safety & Liability
Renters are responsible for any damages or missing items, which will be charged to the card on file. Business insurance is recommended but not required; uninsured renters assume full responsibility for all activities. Desert West Studio is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses occurring during private sessions. By booking, renters release Desert West Studio from any claims arising from use of the space.

Time & Access
Access codes are issued the morning of the booking and are valid only for the renter. Rental time includes setup and teardown, with no extra time provided. Sharing access codes is prohibited and makes the renter liable for any damages or disruptions that result.

Restrictions
Nudity, pornography, and illegal activities are not permitted. For safety and insurance purposes, security cameras with video and audio recording are active in all rooms. Designated private changing areas are provided in closets and bathrooms. Smoking, open flames, and marijuana use are prohibited indoors and in the backyard. Smoking is allowed only on the front sidewalk; all waste must be discarded properly.

Noise
Renters must keep noise at a reasonable level. After 10:00 PM, the City of Peoria’s noise ordinances apply. Late-night bookings can be arranged directly by email.

Governing Law
This agreement and all studio use are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
